Cake could have been firmer as it was too moist, difficult to cut into slices, collapsed easily. Seemed also a little too heavy on the matcha flavour. The piping of words and presentation were great, however. Delivery was 4 hours late as car broke down apparently, but we were not notified. Would have been better if the customer was notified of expected late delivery. Only after I contacted the company they responded and notified me of the problem. Cake arrived about 2hrs after that.
This was my third order placed with Birthday Cake Kuching. They are really professional and very accommodating with your request. Their cakes have never failed to give a wow and yummilicious impact. They are also super punctual in their delivery. Kuddos to all the staff and thank you for bringing so much joy to your clients with the hard work and dedication that you put into each and every individual cake.
Hi Marriane, the burnt cheese are suppose to be creamy, hence it is moist and soft compare to any other common baked cheesecake. As for the Matcha flavour, understood that each have own preference taste, noted on your comment. And sorry for not being notify, we have revert this matter to customer service for not informing beforehand due to unforeseen circumstances.
