This cake has its own story. It was first requested by a cake enthusiast customer. She asked and we listened and the rest was history. The cake became a regular in our menu and has been one of the all-time favorite ever since. From the top, it is glazed with dark chocolate ganache with its natural drip to the sides, hidden pieces of Oreos in the cheese because, who doesn’t like surprises?
